The Colors of Spring

I love Spring. As soon as you step outside the front door you can see color all around you.

The brightly colored flowers blooming in the flower garden...

 The blossoming trees...

 Color is everywhere!

Isn't God so creative? Every detail is perfectly arranged...each little delicate flower has it's own uniqueness and beauty.

I have come to the conclusion that you can not fully capture the glorious beauty of God's creation through the lens of a camera. Yes, we can get little bits and pieces of it, but never the complete fullness of it's splendor.

You have probably noticed that there are a few changes on this blog. What do you think of the new design? I liked the previous design, but I was wanting to try designing a blog on my own. You never notice how much data is in a blog until you dig into the HTML - it's actually pretty cool. There are still a few little things that I need to finish up, so some elements may look a little weird at the moment...

  1. Lovely pictures, Rebekah. :) It's so true that we can never truly capture God's glorious creation through a lens, just glimpses of it!

So far, your blog design looks great! :)
    God bless.

Your blog design is so beautiful! I love it. :-)
Html is very foreign to me.
How did you learn how to use?

Right now I am trying my hand at macros. We'll see how that goes. I am interested in learning HTML, too, though.
It be exciting to design my own blog. :-)

    Your design is beautiful!
Thanks for sharing your spring photos. :-)

    Blessings,
    Leah

  7. Hi Rebekah!

Thanks for the complement on the graduation pictures I took. I really like your blog. The design is gorgeous! I noticed you said you were doing some editing, it is some pretty interesting stuff, that is for sure.

You have some great points of view and some awesome pictures here! I really appreciate the widget on your sidebar where you mention your dedication to purity. I am very proud of you. I know that is not an easy feat and is not, even in the fairly modest part of the world I live in, a very popular thing.

I noticed one of your past posts you got a DSLR. I must say you are pretty lucky. I wish I could afford one of those. I have a Canon sx 30 IS. Which is a great camera. Maybe someday I'll have my dream DSLR, but for now I just will have to stick with the $400 camera I have now :).

    Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
